About Chuck
Charles G. Zepp, Jr., known by his friends as "Chuck", grew up in the Glenelg area on a family dairy farm. Hard work and commitment were instilled in Chuck at a very young age. In 1992, he started his own excavation company where he perced thousands of lots in Howard County and the surrounding counties. In 2000, he joined his childhood friend, Tim Feaga, at Heritage Realty and stepped into the destiny that has propelled him to date. Since then Chuck has developed lots all over Howard County and Carroll County. His ethics, trustworthiness, knowledge of the area, and construction expertise make Chuck a smart choice for your real estate needs.

James C. Fisher, known by his friends as "Chad", is a Native to Montgomery, Howard, and Carroll Counties. Being the son of a Landscape entrepreneur, Chad has learned the dedication, strong work ethic, and personal approach to being successful in business.
