What is the difference in a buyer's agent & the listing agent?
The buyer's agent represents the buyer, and the listing agent represents the seller. Pat is trained to be a buyer's agent, and recognized by her company to perform buyer agent representation. Weichert provides extensive training for its agents to enable them to represent you to the best of their ability. Make sure your agent is trained in the event you have questions.
Can you provide a school report to me?
Yes, I can, and I would be happy to. All you have to do is e-mail me, and let me know what schools you are considering, or go to the county web site and most counties will be proud to provide you with their latest report.
