Who am I?
I have been a Realtor in Fairfax Virginia since March 2003. Customer service is not new to me as I have serviced the public for 23 year as a United States Coast Guardsmen. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Information Systems that has assisted me in using the latest technological advances in benefiting my customers. As a real estate professional, I have attended hundreds of hours of training and earned my national certification as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) in 2007. As my expertise has grown, so has my business. I have expertly worked with Buyer and Sellers in procuring residential property throughout Northern Virginia. I have also worked effectively with landlords and tenants in leasing property as well. I am part of the Property Management team and manage up to 15 properties to enhance my business model.
I have been recognized by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and a Top Producer.

What Samson Properties can do for you?
As a buyer, I can save you thousands of dollars by giving a portion of my commission back to you. I give $500 per $100,000 on resale home and $1,000 per $100,000 on new construction homes. My cash back is based on a 3% commission split from the listing agency.
If you are selling your home, I can list your home for 4 1/2% (3% to the buyers agent & 1 1/2% to Samson)
