Contractually my responsibilities are defined but to make the transaction smooth we have to understand what's important to everyone. It may be sentimental memories, or timing with a job or school. Maybe it's financing or downpayment. But if we focus on your key issues and find the complement buyer or seller we can always work things out for the benefit of all and still get to the very best price.
I Don't Take No for An Answer....Getting the Transaction Closed.
Whether representing buyer or seller there are very few times if ever that a flat no is appropriate and often stumbling blocks can be overcome, if we just ask the right questions. You may here me say..."don't tell me no, tell me if..." This is expecially beneficial when dealing with lenders, settlement agents, appraisers, surveyors, etc. It's not that we don't qualify...it's we would qualify if we had more income, or paid off that note. We could close tommorrow if we had clear title....or if we could have a key made in the middle of the night. Very few obstacles can stand in my way....and believe me there are a ton of them...cause finding the right house is only step one...the real job is step two and step three and On and On............

INTERNET EXPLOSION OF TIME
Everyones time is valueable...as is yours and mine. The internet communication has made life simpler for all of us. Want to get off a midnight message but not wake anyone up...what a great tool and I am continuing to expand my knowledge to use these tools not only for marketing sellers homes but for reaching out to buyers across the world. Although it is still possible to be pleasant and express personality...it is such a time saver and with your busy schedule I am sure much appreciated.
