Contractually my responsibilities are defined but to make the transaction smooth we have to understand what's important to everyone. It may be sentimental memories, or timing with a job or school. Maybe it's financing or downpayment. But if we focus on your key issues and find the complement buyer or seller we can always work things out for the benefit of all and still get to the very best price.

I Don't Take No for An Answer....Getting the Transaction Closed.
Whether representing buyer or seller there are very few times if ever that a flat no is appropriate and often stumbling blocks can be overcome, if we just ask the right questions. You may here me say..."don't tell me no, tell me if..." This is expecially beneficial when dealing with lenders, settlement agents, appraisers, surveyors, etc. It's not that we don't qualify...it's we would qualify if we had more income, or paid off that note. We could close tommorrow if we had clear title....or if we could have a key made in the middle of the night. Very few obstacles can stand in my way....and believe me there are a ton of them...cause finding the right house is only step one...the real job is step two and step three and On and On............

I am a mother of four and believe me I understand that everyone has a different need and personality. I can identify with the military, or the artist, self employed and grouchy sellers...impatient buyers......I try to empathize with your position and am thankful that I have the opportunity to work for you.
