ABOUT PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
COMPANY HISTORY AND PHILOSOPHY
In 1985, Howard Beiles and Evelyn Hambleton started Professional Property Management of Northern Virginia, which is a company exclusively dedicated to managing properties for absentee and investment owners.
After many years in the property management and real estate industry, they have developed a great understanding of the needs of owners. They have developed a more personalized service, and emerged into a full service real estate company.
Professional Property Management grew steadily through the following years, primarily through the referrals of satisfied clients, and the agents who referred them. Many of our clients serve with the Foreign Service, State Department, and Embassies.
Professional Property Management offers a professional yet personal approach to management, one that is flexible with regard to our clients differing needs.
We limit the geographic area we serve to ensure that we can continue to provide superior property management services to all of our clients. This allows us quick and easy access to properties for routine inspections or to look at a specific problem.
Most of our staff have been with the company for several years, which directly contributes to the competent management of your property. We know what we are doing, and proud of it! Our primary company goal is to be the most personal, yet professional property management company in the area. Our steady growth indicates that we are achieving our goal, and our reputation speaks for itself.
