Born in Washington, DC in 1963, Patty is a native Washingtonian. She has lived on Capitol Hill, in Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, and currently lives in Kensington Maryland. She works out of Weichert's largest volume producing office in Washington, DC-The Chevy Chase Uptown Office.

A graduate of the Montgomery County public school system, Patty earned her BS degree from the University of Delaware in 1985.
Upon graduation, Patty went to work for Hazleton Laboratories and the US Department of Defense before entering real estate in 1989.
She began her career with Dale Denton Real Estate and moved to Prudential Preferred Properties in 1993. In 1995 Prudential was purchased by Weichert Realtors. Patty has quickly made a name for herself in the Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia real estate community. She is a member of the Chairman's Club and ranked in the top 3% of all agents Nationwide and is a cetrtified buyer agent. She is licensed in DC, MD and VA.

She is married to Peter Kirsch and they have three children: Kyle 15, Mitchell 13, and Sydney 9 years old.
