I have more than 13 years of experience in the Northern Virginia area. This is a highly competitive market where the ability to negotiate well is key when buying or selling a home.
Over the years I have found that all my clients need:
- The best price - whether they are selling or buying their home.
- Someone who can negotiate both the selling price and the terms of the contract.
- Some one who understands that the best overall deal does not always mean the highest price – the terms of the contract can make or break the deal!
- Someone who is willing to listen to the client’s needs and who will not dismiss their concerns.
- An agent will take the time to clearly explain all aspects of the sale so that the client can make informed decisions.
In addition, a seller needs someone who can carefully read contracts and present the positives and negatives of each one. And, one who can recommend which contract is to the client’s best advantage while fully understanding that it is the seller’s final decision.
A seller also needs someone who understands that agreeing on a contract is just the start of the process, not the end. It is extremely important that I stay on top of the details that will allow the contract to successfully go to settlement.
My primary focus has always been on satisfying my clients. Since 75% of my current business is referrals, I’m doing something right! Qualities I brings to my business are:

I also bring honesty to all my dealings with my clients. I absolutely will not do anything to compromise the trust my clients place in me or to cause them to doubt my integrity.
Twenty-three years experience with military life means I know firsthand what it is to move - a lot! This has made me sensitive to the needs of not only military people on the move, but to any client who is relocating. I pride myself on being able to help my relocating clients move with confidence and, since so much of my business is in referrals, I succeed.
