Jennifer Novak, Linda's neice, is the youngest, but no less experienced buyers agent specializing in First Time Buyers. Linda's brother, Gerry Nance, is a licenced agent in South Carolina and Broker in North Carolina. He is also a licensed airplane pilot of 20 years.
