HomesDatabase is specifically designed to help you find a home. Just click on the state you wish to search (Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or Virginia), choose a county, then enter your search criteria.
I LOVE to show homes!
Here's how it works. Use the search feature to find homes for sale you think you'd like to see. Email me a list. I will contact the sellers (or their real estate agent) and map out a tour of homes. See as many listings as you wish (within reason!). Figure on spending about a half hour for each home you choose. Weekends or weekdays...whatever fits your schedule. This is my favorite part of being a REALTOR.

I will send you information on newly listed homes for sale that meet your criteria. Just register (click on "Homes Prospector"), then save your search. Or send me an email and I can set it up for you. You will then recieve listing info before most real estate agents even see it.
HomesDatabase
HomesDatabase is a service of the local MLS (multiple listing service). As such, the real estate listings you see on HomesDatabase are updated in real time. In other words, listings are updated as soon as the listing agent puts the information into the system. Many other real estate websites download data from the MLS once a day, or even once a week. With HomesDatabase, you can be sure that you are getting the most up-to-date listings of homes for sale.
On HomesDatabase, you will find every listing of every real estate company, every Realtor. So you have one place to find all the listings, be they Coldwell Banker, Long and Foster, ReMax, Century 21, or ANY real estate company. Virtually every real estate agent in the mid-Atlantic region posts their listings on HomesDatabase. Remember, HomesDatabase is directly linked to the MLS.
HomesDatabase can be accessed via "www.2hdb.com/kirkpatrick" 2hdb is just a shortened version of “HomesDatabase”.
Be sure to take advantage of the features HomesDatabase provides. Most people will go straight to "Property Finder", but I suggest you try "Homes Prospector". You’ll be asked to register, but then you will be able to save your searches, and even to receive updates via email, directly from HomesDatabase. Also check out the Financial Tools. Especially helpful is the "Mortgage Calculator".
