About Hugo Silva
Mr. Silva has been a licensed real estate agent since 1992 and a licensed broker in Virginia since 2002 when he formed KEY REALTY AND INVESTMENTS, LLC. With its principal office in Alexandria, Virginia and a branch office in North Arlington, Mr. Silva specializes in the Northern Virginia marketplace, offering professional services to residential real estate investors, absentee owners and purchasers/tenants. Hugo is a native of Chile (bilingual English-Spanish) and has worked in the Washington DC area as a Union Carpenter for 7 years. This hands-on experience enables him to identify special opportunities, such as fixer-uppers, estate sale and foreclosure properties, and to evaluate repairs needed for many types of investment properties. Hugo also has extensive computer network skills which facilitate the search for good property values.
