Staying on the "cutting edge" of evolution in Real Estate is a constant challenge. Many years ago; I was one of the first Realtors with a personal internet site. My broker at the time didn't choose to have one because, as he explained, it was just a passing fad. I had been doing remote transactions over the web before most in my industry understood what the Internet was.

All the gizmos and gadgets are of no benefit to Buyers and Sellers if they are not used in a fashion that gives them a "leg up" on the other Buyers and Sellers but not at the expense of knowing you have a professional in "your corner" who respects your personal wants and needs and keeps you aware they are really looking out for you, an individual - not a number. Technology, used correctly, allows me time to better tailor my personal service to meet YOUR needs - while keeping ahead of the pack, to ensure you don't miss the best opportunities.
