At a first interview with a buyer, we'll determine where and when they hope to buy a home, the features they'd like that home to have, the type of financing that best suits their financial profile, and the expectations that they have of their realtor.
When working with seller clients, helping them to prepare their home for the market and establishing realistic pricing and timetable based on current market conditions are just the first few steps in the process. Once a home is listed with me, a seller can expect regular updates on marketing activities, competitive market conditions and feedback from showings until an acceptable contract has been presented.
And with both buyers and sellers, once they've entered into a contract, the key to completing a successful transaction is careful attention to details and regular communication between client and agent.
