Dale Joins Coldwell Banker Deep Creek Reality
Dale joins Coldwell Banker Deep Creek Realty in 2002. Dale was a Financial Planner and then became one of the top producing Real Estate agents for another company before joining Coldwell Banker. Dale continues to be one of the top Realtors and often gets repeat clients.
Dale's Background
Dale grew up on Deep Creek Lake where his parents owned and operated the Waters Edge Court Motel. He graduated from Northern High School and Garrett Community College, before earning a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Western State College in Gunnison,
Colorado. Carpenter spent many years with The Equitable as a financial planner, and also served as an elected Garrett County School Board member. He is an accomplished water and snow skier, and has competed in National Tournaments.

Dale lives in McHenry, with his wife Deborah (Baker), and their two daughters, Christine Grace and Kathrine Faith. He spends his free time with his family enjoying Garrett County, and teaching his daughters to snow and water ski.
