Matt Garono is Ed's full time Buyer's Agent. Matt has recently graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He is a lifetime resident of Harford County and has been exposed to the real estate business for over 15 years. He is a full-time buyer’s agent to Ed Garono. Matt’s previous work as a caddy at Bulle Rock golf course and as a home improvement contractor’s assistant provide him with a solid background in interpersonal communication as well as good understanding of construction. A professional sign and brochure box will be placed on your property along with a key box to facilitate with showings. My team will also prepare advertisements, fliers, and provide maximum exposure as well as ensure that appointments on your property are scheduled and followed up on for feedback. We update our clients with all of the feedback after the showing. Having a team ensures quality service and that all steps involved in the process of selling your property are not overlooked providing you with assurance and peace of mind….
UNDER CONTRACT
Karen will monitor all activities involved once your property is under contract. She will review your contract regularly, inform you when any tests occur, and will keep close contact with you as your sale progresses. Karen will be in constant communication with the co-op agent, the mortgage lender, title company, inspection companies, and all affiliates regarding the sale of your property ensuring a seamless transaction.
