I have earned several designations through advanced study, examination, and sales production in real estate including the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)designation, the Graduate Realtor Institute(GRI)designation, and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist(SRES)designation which is special training for working with senior citizens. I am also a certified home stager.

I will provide it with a unique web address all its own so people receiving my print ads can go directly to your home on the internet for more information. I will advertise it through the use of direct mailings, local newspapers, cable TV, virtual tours, "Talking House," and e-mail messages to sent my database. "Talking House" is a unique transmitter placed inside your home that enables me to record a message about the features of your home which passersby can tune into on their car radio. I will also network with other realtors who may have potential buyers.
I am equipped with the latest in real estate tools to facilitate marketing your home, and I feel certain I can get your home sold for the best possible price in the shortest possible time. Last but not least, I will inform you frequently regarding activity on your home, evaluate the success of our marketing plan, and suggest additional strategies to facilitate the sale of your home. Buying a Property...
Whether you are looking for your first home, moving up to a larger home, or scaling down to a smaller one, my job is to help you achieve your purpose and make the process as easy and pleasant as possible. I can give you access to all homes listed in the MRIS database. The status of these listings is updated every 24 hours, and you will automatically be e-mailed information about new listings as they come on the market. In addition, I can provide you with assistance in all of the steps involving the purchase of a home including finding a lender, arranging for a home inspection, choosing a title company, understanding the settlement process, and locating a reliable mover or other service providers.
When you are ready to move, my company provides a unique free service called Home Service Connections that will help you coordinate all of the facets of your move and continue to refer you to approved home service providers before and after your move. Ask me about it.
About Bette...
I am a full-time realtor in the Laurel Office of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. I am licensed in the state of Maryland and primarily service Prince George's, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Montgomery Counties focusing mainly on homes in the Beltsville and Laurel area. However, I can help you with the sale or purchase of any home in the state of Maryland.
I am a former Maryland schoolteacher and a University of Maryland graduate with extensive graduate school work in education. I am a member of Who's Who Among America's Teachers and am a chapter president of a local chapter of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, which is a women educator's honorary.
I have lived in Beltsville, MD for many years, and have been a resident in the state of Maryland even longer. I have one son who lives in Ashburn, Virginia who owns his own Internet web site design company named Virid. He designs and maintains large business and e-commerce web sites...and helps to keep me current on the latest developments in technology. I also have two sisters and other family members living in nearby suburban Maryland.

My Real Estate Credentials
I am a multi-million dollar producer with three advanced designations. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). This designation is a significant achievement. Earning it requires both advanced study and meeting production quotas set by the National Association of Realtor's Council of Residential Specialists. Fewer than one fourth of all realtors nationwide have this designation. I have also earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation after completing 90 hours of study on many real estate topics followed by examination. In addition, I am also certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist(SRES) with special training to help me to better serve senior citizens.
I am committed to using the latest technology as well as more conventional marketing methods to market your home or to help you find a new home. I try to offer my clients a high degree professionalism, integrity, honesty and TLC.
I am a member of the PGCAR Distinguished Sales Club and am ranked in the top 10 producers in my office, which has over 100 realtors.
