Meet Beth Yesford
As the Principal Broker/ and one of the managing partners of e Venture LLC's Professional Real Estate Brokerage - Beth is licensed in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland. Beth possesses the knowledge, experience and fortitude to make your next real estate venture a successful one. A resident of the area, Beth is proud to serve the area she calls home and enjoys taking advantage of the many cultural, entertainment and recreational amenities that the DC metro area provides. Enjoying a substantial amount of business from repeat clients and referrals from past satisfied clients, Beth is known as a hardworking Realtor® whose many successes comes from being an attentive listener who has also mastered the art of negotiation.
Beth specializes in a number of areas in real estate, including foreclosures, estate sales, short sales, BPO's, and investment properties. She also enjoys working with first-time buyers, repeat buyers, and listing properties for sale. In addition to holding her Principal Broker license, she is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist, and has an MS Degree in Administration.
Prior to investing in e Venture LLc as an owner, Beth was affiliated with other companies and has always been designated as a Top Producer receiving numerous awards. She has also mentored many agents and believes every one wins with a well trained agent. Beth and her partner formed e Venture LLC as they both knew what Realtors want & need to be successful. Beth & her partner have invested in the tools from technology to hands on experience to assist the agents. This ultimately leads to a smooth transaction and as a result everyone involved in the transaction wins.
