Homeowner Consultants is a fully licensed real estate company located in Ellicott City, Maryland. Like all real estate companies in Maryland, we are regulated by the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors, and the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.
ORIGIN OF HOMEOWNER CONSULTANTS
Homeowner Consultants has been in business for 25 years. We work with both buyers and sellers, primarily with real estate investors because we understand the special needs of a real estate investor. I am a member of the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Investors Association and the National Real Estate Investors Association.

Your house will sell faster with maximum exposure. Pricing your home correctly coupled with extensive marketing will sell your home in the shortest amount of time.
If you choose full service from me, I will market your property extensively, exposing it to multiple search engines available to real estate professionals. I will field telephone call inquiries, schedule and show the property, bring you all offers and feedback, negotiate on your behalf so you don't have to interact with the buyer directly, be present for the home inspection and termite inspection, work closely with the lender and title company to be sure closing happens on time and provide you with a stress free closing.
MY BACKGROUND
This is a second career for me. I worked for AT&T for 30 years as a sales rep and as a contracting specialist, so naturally, I bring many professional skills with me. At AT&T, we "unbundled" our Corporate services to accommodate our customer who was Verizon Telephone Company. This is not a new concept. The real estate industry just hasn't caught up. Statistics show that 80% of today's home buyers and sellers turn to the internet first when buying or selling a home. Some people may feel they don't need the full services of an agent to sell their home - they can handle it themselves. Therefore, we offer a flat fee MLS service. We put your property in the MLS and you become your own agent. You pay only for the MLS listing and,of course, the 3% commission to the buyer's agent. But you must be prepared to handle the showings, negotiations and closing on your own. You are your own agent.
If you don't want to be your own agent, then you will want to choose full service whereby I do it all.
WHY AM I WILLING TO DO THIS?
Because I can actually make just as much money, if not more, by offering options to people. When I save people money, they send new people to me. So I'm actually doing quite well by offering options that other agents don't (or can't)offer their clients.
When I began to include investors in my clientele, I recognized that if I couldn't give them a break, I wouldn't get their repeat business. Now, I have the same customers over and over again because I have a product that helps them achieve their goals. They love it and I love being able to offer it.
