- PROVIDE BROCHURES - We will prepare personalized property brochures and fliers to keep a supply at the property for interested prospects.
- SCHEDULE SHOWINGS - We will arrange for the Re/Max Appointment Desk to contact you to schedule showing appointments. We will follow up with the showing agents to request feedback with regard to condition, price, terms, etc.

With over 18 years in local real estate and over $150 million in sales and over one thousand transactions, my business is now built predominantly on referrals. I've been a life-long resident of the area, with a first-hand knowledge of the market values and history of the surrounding communities. I was educated locally with a degree from UMBC in Economics, a minor in Accounting. I am a member of the Maryland Association of Realtors, Howard County Board of Realtors, Re/Max Platinum, Howard County Real Estate Masters Club, and Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS) multiple list member. I am very active in WHC sports coaching Baseball & Soccer, active at St. Michael's Church on the Finance Committee, co-chair of the building fund, K o C, and Rolling Road Country Club as the "B" team captain. Miriam Powell, Realtor
Miriam has lived in Howard County since 1985. She joined Re/Max Advantage in 1997 performing a variety of duties, starting in an administrative position for the brokerage and working the past several years directly for a variety of agents as an assistant. She has been with the Bruce MacDonald Group since 2000. In 2003, Miriam became a licensed realtor. She is now representing both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions and continues to handle many responsibilities in the office
Rosemary Schultz, Customer Support Specialist
Rosemary works for the Bruce MacDonald Group as a customer support specialists to better serve our clients. Rosemary has lived in the Howard County area since 1997. Prior to moving to Maryland, she held a real estate license in New Jersey. She has been with the Bruce MacDonald Group since 2001.
Together Miriam and Rosemary serve the office in a variety of ways. They schedule showing appointments, handle telephone calls for information on listings, follow-up with other Realtors for feedback on showings and pass that information along to our clients. They photograph the properties being listed for sale and create promotional flyers and brochures, They advertise new listings and price changes within the Re/Max office (approximately 80 agents) and among all other local real estate offices. They handle public advertising in the Baltimore Sun, local papers (The Times, Columbia Flyer, etc.) and area real estate magazines. They order signs for properties and assist in scheduling inspections. Through the use of computer software, they keep track of all scheduled and completed activities and send activity reports to our clients on a regular basis. They also regularly check what new listings may come on the market and how that may affect our clients’ listings.
